Terms of Service

Welcome to WaxOrbit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of waxorbit.com (the “Website”) and to every purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

In these Terms, “WaxOrbit”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WaxOrbit, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. “You” and “your” mean the person using the Website or placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

  • You may shop as a guest or create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
  • Please give us accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that give false information or misuse the Website.

3. Products

  • Some of our products are handcrafted or made in small batches. Small differences in colour, shape, size, packaging and finish are natural and are not defects.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Actual colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Fragrance is personal, and how strong a scent seems, and how long it lasts, depends on the space, temperature, airflow and how the product is used and stored.
  • Safe use of fragrance products:
    • Always read the label, usage instructions and warnings on each product before use.
    • Our products are for fragrance use only. Do not eat or drink them, and keep them away from the eyes and mouth.
    • Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
    • Keep away from open flames, heat and direct sunlight. Many fragrance products contain oils or alcohol that can catch fire.
    • Avoid direct contact with polished wood, painted surfaces, plastic, fabric or leather, as fragrance oils or wax may leave marks or stains.
    • For any product used on the body, do a small patch test first. Stop using it if you notice irritation or an allergic reaction.
    • Use room, car and wardrobe fragrances in well-ventilated spaces.
    • If you have allergies, asthma or sensitive skin, or are pregnant, check the ingredients before use and consult a doctor if unsure.
    • Store products in a cool, dry place with caps and lids closed.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full online at checkout.

5. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price or product information was wrong, the PIN code is not serviceable, the payment fails, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of products per customer or per order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

We only accept returns or offer refunds for products damaged during shipping, and only with a complete, unedited unboxing video. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

8. Discount codes and offers

  • Discount codes and offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash and usually cannot be combined with other offers.
  • We may withdraw or change any offer at any time, and cancel orders that misuse offers.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Website, including the WaxOrbit name and logo, product names, text, photos, graphics, designs and videos, belongs to WaxOrbit or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use any of it without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, comment, photo or video about our products, you confirm that it is your own and honest, and you allow us to display and share it on our Website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive, illegal or unrelated.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • try to hack, disrupt or overload the Website;
  • copy or scrape the Website’s content or data using automated tools;
  • place false orders or misuse offers and discount codes.

12. Limitation of liability

  • We try to keep the Website accurate and available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, WaxOrbit’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, internet outages or government action.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
